After a long night of training, i know im supposed to feel tired. Because we tried 10 kicks per station, 6 stations per set and we have 3 sets per kick.. And we tried 6 types of kicks! And later we have to do 200 squats at the end of the class. And my thighs were feeling so stiff and hard.! I thought i will feel cramps in my thighs the next day and appearently it's not so bad. Abit used to the training le. But yesterday, the training was high because ANGELA entertained us throughout the training, by keep 自highing~ haha..
