Haven't been coming down for much physical training and my stamina decreased so much! Just asked by yuzhe to do some kicks and i pant like hell. Do leg raise kicks and cramped my calf for more than 5 mins. Damn me.. But Yuzhe not bad wor. Quite helpful...
