These days, i had been busy with school work. Most of them are done, left with abit of the formal report, and the PBL, CRE report as well. I know it is not a great reason to pon training, sleep in class and everything. But i just know my TIME MANAGEMENT sucks like hell. Exams are coming, 3 weeks away from now. And there are still lots of concepts i almost all the modules i haven't make clear. Dreadful experiences from the previous sems. I know i should control my own time well, plays and let myself be in the correct state of mind to study.
Went training today, like usual. Well. I shall be really honest since this is my blog. Haha! One of the few reasons i didn't go training is because i don't feel like going. If i really want, i could have told my classmates i have training and i can go, leaving the discussions or work for them, and i enjoy training. But no. I rather stay in sch for discussions with my classmates or go home to complete my assignments or even play games. I know this is rather not nice to say, but thats a fact and how i feel.
First of all, this is a campus. Yes, committee should be around to keep up with everything regarding the club in the school. Nothing wrong. But why is it the logistics that has to do all the "saikangs" to keep all the sweaty paddings that gives off an obnorxious smell after trainings? I have no much objections IF- there are 2 more regular logistics to help. Its always the same old people to help me after training to keep when they themselves are not the logisitics. Or some are even not from the committee.
Isn't it better if- everyone to keep their used paddings into the cage after the training? It is more efficient and less hassle. If really cannot, why not tell them to put the paddings right around the cage. At least the logs need not run about collecting the paddings and handmits. The logs aren't paid for this job, and it isn't volunteery job as well. Training fees are still paid in full amount. Why does a log need to do these saikangs when the others are happily leaving the padding around, chatting and/or sparring.
One more issues to address. The cage keys- Shouldn't the keys of the cage be duplicated and handled to the other heads of the clubs because sometimes the logs isn't there? It is totally not fair for the logistics to WAIT for the fighters to have their own training after their main training. A duplicate key should be given to those who frequent trainings and stay late after trainings for own time sparrings. It is the log duty to do that. But, the log needs to go home too! Isn't it bad to make someone wait for u all the time just because u wanna spar during ur own free time? Sometimes people who used the mats just won't have the heart to dismantle and put them back, thinking that someone will definitely will do it for them.
This is just what i wanna rant! Haha, well. Just complaining. Not blaming anyone. But really thanks those who offered the help always. You are the ones who make me wanna go trainings.
It is gonna be a vicious cycle if this isn't solved. Why not make me a happy logistic?
